30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to love our products!
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- Items must be shipped out (or postmarked) within 30-day of receiving your order.
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the instructions.
- Items may be returned to any one of our Return Centers in US, UK, DE, AU, and SG.
- Our DE returns center is temporarily suspended for two weeks due to inventory adjustment maintenance. All returns are to be shipped to the UK returns center in the time being. Thank you for your understanding. [Updated April 14, 2022]
- The customer is responsible for return shipment and cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in their original condition, including any damages during shipping.
- Ship the return parcel via local postal standard shipping method (using paper/plastic mailer) for the most affordable cost. Original mailer can be reused.
- Return the package with a valid tracking number or proof of delivery for your personal insurance. MORROW+MINT is not responsible for any lost return packages.
- Please ensure the item(s) are tightly sealed and secured to avoid any (water) damage during transit. We will not be able to accept the return if items(s) are damaged.
Please allow 7-14 business days from the day we receive and process your returns package for your account to be credited. We will refund the amount back onto the original card with which the order was placed. Certain banks may take an additional 2-10 days for your account to be processed.
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please send back the item within the return policy condition for a full refund, and place a new order for the desired items.

Note: This must be communicated to us within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or refund.
