30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to love our products!

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Items must be in the original polybag bag with sku sticker.
  • Items must be shipped out (or postmarked) within 30-day of receiving your order.

* We reserve the right to reject returns: 1) not communicated to us, 2) sent or communicated beyond the 30-day return period limit, or 3) items which are not in their original condition, including any damages during shipping.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

It is required to email us at hello@morrowandmint.com with your order number to initiate the return process. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the instructions and return address.

* Items may be returned to any one of our Return Centers in US, UK, DE, AU, and SG.

* The customer is responsible for return shipment and cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels. 

* Please return the package with a valid tracking number and keep the proof/receipt of postage for your personal insurance. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

    RETURN PROCESSING

    Please allow 7-14 business days from the day we receive to process your return items for your account to be credited. We will refund the amount back onto the original card with which the order was placed. Certain banks may take an additional 2-10 days for your account to be processed.

    EXCHANGES

    We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please send back the items within the return policy condition for a full refund, and place a new order for the desired items.

    WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED

    Oh no! We're deeply sorry about the mistake! Please contact us and we will do our best to make this right!

    Note: This must be communicated to us within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or refund.
